Sales and Hire Desk Negotiator

Salary Expectations: £20-24K pa plus bonus

We are looking for additional Hire and Sales Negotiators to join our Central Hire and Sales team based at our offices adjacent to the Olympic Park.

Reporting to the Sales Desk Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing with inbound telephone calls, emails, orders and customer requests.
  • Raising and processing all orders and requests.
  • Liasing with our depot managers.
  • Liasing with our customers and suppliers
  • Working with the rest of the Sales Desk Team to ensure that all orders and requests are fulfilled to the customers satisfaction.
  • Investigating customer queries. 

This position will suit someone who enjoys:

  • Building friendly and easygoing relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Working in a busy sales type environment. 

The qualities and skills that we will be looking for are: 

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Competent PC use 
  • An ability to work to deadlines
  • Good verbal and written standard of English.
  • Reliability
